How does buying reservations from Weekend Epicure work?
- First, you pick an available reservation for the coming Friday or Saturday. You then proceed to the check-out area and the payment is processed through our merchant account with PayPal. Once the payment is complete you will be redirected back to the Weekend Epicure site confirming the order. We then send the reservation details to you, and you will be responsible for calling the restaurant to confirm the reservation.
How can I pay for my order?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal. Debit cards or bank cards are not accepted.
Do I need a PayPal account?
- You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. However, signing up for a PayPal account will expedite the check-out process in the future.
Is the payment processing secure?
- All payment information is processed directly through the PayPal servers, and no payment information is stored by Weekend Epicure.
Can I get refunded my reservation?
- All purchases are considered final. Buyers are also encouraged to be punctual, observe the dress code, and confirm the menu for the restaurants beforehand. While customer satisfaction is our highest priority, we are not responsible for patrons who are late or miss their reservation time, patrons who are declined entry due to a dress code, or patrons who are not satisfied with the day's menu.
Are reservations available for days other than Friday and Saturday?
- No. Reservations are only available for Friday and Saturday nights at this time.
Is more than one reservation available per restaurant, per day?
- No. With rare exceptions, we will make available one reservation per restaurant per day.
Does the list of restaurants change?
- Yes. The list of restaurant reservations will vary from day to day depending on availability. Also, suggestions for new restaurants are always welcome, and requests can be emailed to [reservations@weekendepicure.com].
